Steep time: 12–16 hours
Method
1. Add coffee
Place 100g of coarse-ground coffee into your brewing vessel.
2. Add water
Slowly add 800g of cold or room-temperature filtered water. Make sure all the grounds are fully saturated.
3. Steep
Cover and refrigerate for 12–16 hours.
4. Filter
Pass the coffee through a paper filter or fine mesh filter.
5. Serve
Serve over ice. If the brew is too concentrated, dilute with water or milk to taste.
